Not enough contrast in the blade edge. The visible part of your swords is mostly just two pixels wide, while the Fencer's is three.
It's all fun and games until someone loses a lawsuit. Oh, and by the way, sending me private messages won't work. :/ If you must contact me, there's an e-mail address listed on the website in my profile.
Don't shade his shield like that - it makes it look to be convex, like a lens (which would not work for a wooden shield).
When shading things under a wide light, like the sun, the brightness of a surface depends on it's angle relative to the light - if the light is hitting it straight on (perpendicular), it is brightest, if it is hitting an angle, it becomes darker.
Note that in the case of this, the parts that are "shiny" - that glow in the light, are the ones that bounce the light off in such a way that the light would go straight for our eyes.
Study the way pool balls bounce, or go out and look at a car in the middle of the day and look at what the sun reflects off of, and you'll see which way the angles work.

I think that you should remove the pillagers torch or giving the Lord it too. Your call!

I wish I'd thought of this idea a lot earlier, but I think you should remove the human heads, and give them orc heads instead, and make them orcs. The world needs more orcs more than it needs another odd subfaction of humans, IMAO (in my arrogant opinion).

Dude - those are beards.Darth Fool wrote:Hmm... they seem to have very pointy chins. Kind of like Bomb-Voyage with big poofy blond hair.
And to xtifr, if we make make more orcs, we will make them as orcs. These humans, though, can very definitely be used as bad guys. They are barbarians from the north.

well then they are too close in color to skin, at least at normal size. The beard needs more contrast with the face, although if they are supposed to be short beards, I am not sure that there are enough pixels to do it, at least if you want blond beards on caucasian faces.
