Re: Reign of the Great Chief
I just noticed that the Naga have a Leader (Ssakra) in the fifth scenario (Hunters/Hunted). He comes back in the sixth (Landfall). While the character is in the seventh (Dorth) it has lost the Command ability. Is this intended?
Not that I intend to recall any Naga in the deserts of Dorth.

Re: Reign of the Great Chief
Not sure I quite understand, not everybody is recalled every scenario, but he should still certainly have Naga Leadership, everyone should keep their faction leadership ability, is that what you mean by command?

Re: Reign of the Great Chief
No, what I mean is that in the scenarios "Hunters/Hunted" and "Landfall", the character Ssakra has the "Naga Commander" ability. And he (she?) does not have this ability in "Dorth". Not in the list of recalls, and not when I actually recalled it to check if the ability appeared onboard.
Re: Reign of the Great Chief
I’ll take a look, there shouldn’t be any change in the leadership ability

Re: Reign of the Great Chief
I checked and for me on "Foothills of Dorth", he still has Naga Leadership, and in the code the modification is listed as forever, I am not sure why this would disappear for you. Has anyone else had a problem like this?

Re: Reign of the Great Chief
I have created a file where in the Kingdom of Dorth scenario I have recalled only one unit - Ssakra.

Just want to say amazing campaign. I played through the whole thing and loved it. That was on the Accession version and I've started a new playthrough on the current version and it's a great upgrade, I'm very impressed.
There was one bug, on the log raid mission Captain Kraig died but it didn't trigger a lose condition.

I’ll take a peek see if the lose condition didn’t copy on correctly. I am awaiting the remake of Legend of Wesmere with a bit of excitement and dread, a major lore change there could demand a huge rework so my campaign stays more consistent. Also plan to integrate boats more when those become more mainline.
Glad you liked it, check out my other campaign Opening Dwarven Doors if you want, I’ve gotten minimal feedback on it so far. I’m working on another one and may do another later on, my focus is generally on timeline events that haven’t been depicted yet.

Re: Reign of the Great Chief
the last breath command was capitalized, which made it nonfunctional. I'll include a fix when I eventually post an update for the campaign, at quick glance it wasn't present on every single scenario.calsq wrote: ↑January 5th, 2026, 7:20 pm Just want to say amazing campaign. Re: Reign of the Great Chief
I've ran into a couple more bugs.
Ssakra lost his naga leadership ability. He had it in hunter/hunted but lost it in Landfall and never got it back.
In Khrakrahs when I kill Buratar he doesn't give me control of his units, or the other ringleaders units. The individual gangs work properly but not Buratar.
I think he is triggering his surbornate lose condition as Brurbar says "Good bye, brother" instead of whatever dialogue is suppose to take place.
I am making the assumption he suppose to join you given his orc leadership and that he shows up alive in your other campaign. Which I've been enjoying going through too.
Not a bug but I found Crassus's unit type crash outs hilarious.

Re: Reign of the Great Chief
Ugh, You aren't the first to find that about Ssakra, not sure what is causing it. I am currently going through the new Legend of Wesmere to check for lore changes, at least one of note: the Lords of the Ka'lian were NOT at the main battle of between Brurbar and Wesmere (my last scenario in Reign), that'll require some changes but nothing too awful...see what else shows up...calsq wrote: ↑January 9th, 2026, 4:27 pm I've ran into a couple more bugs.

Once that's done I'll do a whole replay and address the Ssakra issue. Buratar was a late addition and I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted to do with him (he later, indeed, shows up in ODD once I decided he was officially going to live), I will try to fully address that particular scenario.
Not sure what you mean by Crassus crashing out. Clarification?

Re: Reign of the Great Chief
I just meant when your fighting Crassus. When you attack he insults the type of unit you attacked with and summons zombies of that species. I just thought it was thematic and funny. The petty and spiteful insults of a monster on its last legs.
