OOS error.
Apologies for my cluelessness but in a multiplayer game map I keep being out of sync when recruiting units, or when my allies recruit units. The era is ageless with many other mods installed, but I am sure I am up to date, and in no way did I try to modify the mod files myself.
I took a picture of the error that appeared multiple times after I left and joined as a spectator to return:

Most likely one of the mods is doing something that is unsafe in multiplayer.

There is not much point for error message to show exact checksum string. Would be more useful to see WML diff.

I wish I'd know what to show or ask about other than that picture to give more details and help with what should be done. The only assumption I have that one or more mods might trigger it somehow.

What mods do you have installed and what mods were enabled in this game? Also a replay of the game might be handy
