In my wesnoth tools, I offer three image manager to edit images and paths.

1. Download file as .zip,
2. un-zip it,
3. open 'wesnoth tools hub' you want,
4. open the file html in a browser (tested perfectly on Chrome),
5. follow 'how to use' instructions.
the 3 managers offer three ways of development:
- edit images,
- edit images path functions,
- edit and track map .
the second one is in its final stages (need to learn more about canvas and wesnoth deep system) and the third -the map tracker- is in its early stages
