Is it possible to look for attachments/images at forum?

Is it possible to look for attachments/images at wesnoth forum, art workshop? To do it without opening each topic seperatly?

The forum search I find rather weak so I usually use

site:forums.wesnoth.org "search query"

You might try a query for something.png

There was an attempt to build a scraper bot that would automatically reupload images from the forums to the wiki, but it shut down, and the page where they got uploaded got deleted; only the WayBack machine has copies of the relevant pages now:
