Translation to Wesnoth languages

Translation to Wesnoth languages
after a discussion on Discord yesterday about wesnothian tongues, I worked on an exemple of a translator using HTML and JS (with a file of py if someonewant to developit).
For now, it contains 5 options:
English,
Saurian (tongue only. means it add sss or zss to s and z),
English Dwarven tongue (regular English with Dwarven pronounce),
Dwarvish (real Dwarven language using Runic letter but for now the dictionary contains only 5 words).
other functions (German and Saurianish) are placeholder.
I may develop it further when I finish my list of to-do
