In 19 the falling city enemy killed Lvgandre who furiously go in fight and i lost.

hhhhhhh I can't believe myself . The bug was obvious but I waste hours to find it. Lvganre was a part of Amandine recall list and so he is recalled again even when the ai controlling her side.

What i must do in that scenario?
Grelnit stay in his keep and don't want leave.
by the beginning of turn 15, Grelinit will move slowly to a new place

I suppose you didn't clear the path for him which mean that the path is 'shrouded' or their is an enemy close tto him

He keep leaving and retreating to his castle.
He starten moving when my hero reached mountains but he is slow

well, I used to play in hard and so may be I was too harsh about the turn limits. I added more turns now.
Remember the objectives: he will not move until the path is clear from both enemies and shroud (and I added a detail in the objectives about the right path to make it easier)

I already did it by retreating in turn 13 .
But when my hero want leave first messege will appear she must wait on him first then he leave but she can't leave anymore then
