It will take care of all mainline notes. Custom notes will require manual fixing of course involving ifver and elses...

Ignore this if you aren't maintaining both a 1.16 and older version of your add-on. :)

Why? Because if you are using a compare program you won't have to skip through endless descriptions that are different only because of their notes or lack thereof. With this you keep the special notes in 1.16 but disable them. The new 1.16 notes will appear and the obsolete notes will not. In 1.14 all will be as usual. (Don't use this there!)

Inspiration came from the ANLE where I saw a very clever use of ifver to make a description that works for both.
