1.12 multiplayer and add-ons servers to be turned off

With the new 1.16 stable series having been released, and 1.12 now being nearly 7 years old, it will soon be time for the 1.12 versions of the official multiplayer server and add-ons server to be turned off. This will be done on November 21st, two weeks from today (November 7th). At that point it will no longer be possible to play online multiplayer with 1.12 on the official servers, however LAN play will still work as will using any unofficial server. On that same day 1.12 game clients will also no longer be able to connect to the 1.12 add-ons server, however add-ons will still be able to be downloaded from https://addons.wesnoth.org/1.12/ and installed manually.
