Scenario 9 - Return to Kerlath

Scenario 11 - The Heart in the Darkness

(1) Wesnoth version:
(for example, 1.14.6)

(2) Version of SoW:
(for example, 1.2.5; as shown in the add-on manager unless you updated the campaign since playing this scenario; if you are unsure, write older than current version)

(3) Difficulty:
(for example, Hunter (Easy); shown by the Load dialog in-game)

(4) Modifications used:
(for example, Healer XP Mod or none; only Mods impacting gameplay are meant)

(5) How many times did you restart the scenario from the beginning:
(for example 5 or I don't remember is also valid)

(6) How many times did you load to the start of the current turn or to an earlier turn during the scenario:
(the examples above work here as well)

(7) Comments about the scenario or replay, but that's very optional.

Easy

None

(5) How many times did you restart the scenario from the beginning:

(6) How many times did you load to the start of the current turn or to an earlier turn during the scenario:
Several. The necromancer that has to survive is suicidal, and my units can't get there in time to be much help. Around turns 6-10, the only solution I can find is to keep restarting until the necromancer gets lucky and survives after running into traffic with 20HP.

I decided to recall only seven units (that's exactly one third of the veterans I had), since according to the story the battalion has split up into three groups. I'd really like to see something like this implemented, maybe allowing the player to recruit outlaws once you reach the village, so it isn't that much harder.
Of course you'd leave those recruits behind once the scenario is over.
