As you plan to begin skateboarding, it is very important to start right by acquiring the right size of a skateboard, which will suit you best. If the size of the skateboard you have does not suit you, there is a great chance that you will not be enjoying your rides fully. Having to hose the right kind of skateboard is more often confusing especially if you are beginners since there are a couple of different sizes in the market. We will give you an overview of the different sizes and recommend appropriately ensuring you are getting the right skateboard size. See also: best skateboard for beginners at skateadvisors

The skateboard deck is the flat board on which you stand while skating. There are three types of skateboard decks, which include short board, longboard and cruiser. A shortboard skateboard is the most recommended type irrespective of one being a beginner or already a skateboarder. In addition to choosing the size, you need to consider other properties of the board, which include; the length and width, the material of the boards and finally, the concave of your board will greatly determine the different capabilities you will be able to achieve with the board.

Besides all earlier overviews with regard to skateboard choice, the width is the most vital part when you are choosing a skateboard deck. The width of skateboard decks varies from 7.5-8.25 inches. Over and above other personal preferences, the width, which is most appropriate for you, is dependent on the skating style you intend to be implementing, your height and your shoe size. Choosing a board, which is too large for your feet, implies that you will be needed to exert more pressure while skateboarding.

This will make a completely skateboarding experience and fun ridding difficult. In contrast, a board whose width is too small for you will make you are balancing a nightmare and will make you feel uncomfortable. In general, you can have either a full size, mid-size, mini or a micro size skateboard deck. The full-size deck is recommended for you if you are over the age of 13 years and your height is beyond 5 feet and 3 inches with a shoe size above nine. The mid-size deck is recommended if the skateboarder is between nine and twelve years and a height of 4-5 feet with a shoe size of 7-8.

Finally yet importantly is the skateboard truck size, which is present in different heights. The different heights include either low, mid or high and are all suitable for different skateboarding activities. The low skateboard truck is the best when you want additional stability while skateboarding. Additionally, it is convenient when you want to perform flips and tricks. Small wheels are the most appropriate for this type of truck since the center of gravity is very low for them. If you are a beginner, this is the ideal choice. The mid-size truck size is suitable for skateboarding in parks streets and ramps. The high-level height truck is suitable for trained skaters and professionals. It is worth noting that the size of your truck ought to match with the size of your deck.

The log files of the last few games are stored in Documents/MyGames/log/
Or somewhere else – you can check by pressing the [i] button in the titlescreen – though the log files will be overwritten if you start wesnoth a few times.

The other useful thing to know: do you have more information about the game, such as the time it took place or game name – this would help to check the serverside logs (Though I think your logs might be more interesting).

And welcome to the forums.
Try out the dark board theme.
