String freeze for 0.8.10

Due to problems with 0.8.9, we are releasing a new version soon, hopefully this weekend. In preparation for this release, we have announced a string freeze for today (eight o'clock tonight central european time).

After this string freeze goes into effect, pot/po-files will be updated, so that the translation teams can download the files with the strings that will be included in the upcoming release.
