Let me get this straight.
You're creating separate add-on with the same content because...?
What is the reason behind this? What is the point, apart from taking additional space on add-on server?
What is the point?
Why not just redo the sprites and call this "Story of the Slimes: Redux 0.5.0"?

Because some people like the current comical Slimes and some like the new ones.

Why not? At least I do things to my project and don't let it sit and rot.

And please. Don't be so... hypercritical. I'm not trying to be rude, but reason I get testy with you is because you just can't keep thoughts to yourself sometimes.

Also, did you use a filter for the redux slimes? They look very saturated.

Important Message from your SotS maintainer:
The plan for the Redux version of SotS is officially cancelled. I will be continuing to send out updates for the original game every few days.
Please note that your ideas are still welcomed. I am looking for ideas on the following:
New characters:
a) New non-slime characters to battle/ recruit
b) Must be funny and/ or awesome
New slime types:
a) Something I have not done yet
b) A type you would like to see in the game
Better scenarios:
a) Improving existing scenarios
b) Awesome new scenarios
Funnier dialogue:
a) More references to pop-culture?
b) Quotes?
c) Just funny stuff?
Details about scenario:
a) Gold and income balancing
b) Better enemies
c) Worse enemies (just for giggles)

I appreciate all ideas! If you would feel so obligated, post them here on the thread so you can share and discuss with myself and other fans!

Great addition but game error in SotS-Elven Twins when the elves summon and i get this "unknown unit type: ELvish Archer while scoring units." Condition 'enemy_info'failed at src\ai\default\ai.cpp:415 in function 'get_combat_score_vs'.

Great_mage_Atari its refreshing to see a creator staying up to date. Have you worked on any other campaigns/in development and are you doing any more changes to this campaign? I have a few ideas that would be fun. Like having a metal slime that would have 90 resistance and evasion but only 5 hp that would be neat. also having a unit that heals the opponent when hitting (harming undead only) would be fun. Then a unit that could give a positive side effect by hitting an ally would be funny. Example love tap plus 10% accuracy. Lol keep up the good work

My game exits in the beginning of Elven Twins with the message:

Unknown unit type: ELvish Archer while scoring units.

I'm running BW 1.10.3 and SotS v. 0.5.1

I've been gone for a while, obviously, without any updates for quite a while. So I'm planning on starting updates in the near future. I would like some constructive creativity on what I should include in the future updates. If you have any ideas, PLEASE feel free to post them at your leisure. I'll start updating as soon as I get some ideas.

I am currently looking for ideas for the SotS campaign. I am working on the reboot of the campaign, but I am willing to take ideas and incorporate artwork from community users like you! Any ideas can be posted here for consideration!

I've decided to revive this project back from the dead. After a long hiatus, I am now looking for those of you who would like to:

1) Create units that I will consider for addition into the campaign
2) Suggestions for new scenarios
3) Character suggestions
4) Map suggestions
5) Anything else you feel is needed to make the game special

I will be working diligently to improve the game when I can, but I need your feedback to make this game something special.
