some picture missing in wiki factions pages

In these two page the drakes and dwarf image are missing:

Well, i edited those two wiki pages and manage to fix the image

There are also images missing from the Tiles Tutorial page:

Is there a central repository for wiki images, similar to wikipedia's image collection? I would redo the images for the tiles tute if I knew where to upload them (since the link to the original files is dead). Unless someone knows where the original images are?

Jamie, I agree. Sadly I didn’t get a response last time I asked.

You can try the Wayback Machine on the wiki. I’ve gotten some missing images from that before.


If the wiki doesn’t get the attention and resources it needs, people aren’t going to want to contribute to it, or use it at all.

Oh I found an answer to my question on another forum page:http://forums.wesnoth.org/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=38058 where:

File uploads are disabled/unavailable for this wiki, presumably for historical reasons (hosting constraints, etc.). Instead, site administrators like me do have the power to add images to a dedicated location on the server that is normally used for hosting images for the wiki. If you need something added, feel free to PM the Administrators group.
