Expanding UMC Music

Post by Pentarctagon » July 5th, 2012, 5:48 pm

So after looking through the entire 17 pages of this forum, this is what I've come up with. Everything I didn't include I either somehow missed when looking through the threads (I clicked on every non-locked one). If you have one that was posted here that I don't have, please upload it to the forums as an attachment if possible (the wesnoth forums won't delete the attachment after some amount time has passed) or at least to a file hosting site that doesn't require a password.

Also, feel free to upload anything you have made that you think other people might have a use for :) .

The fact that they were included is not a statement as to their quality, since I am not qualified to judge that by any stretch of the imagination. This is intended as a way to document what is available more than what is "good".

I guess you saw this as well (it's right on the second page), but why didn't you include it? It almost got committed. And it's very good.

Also, I think you could include Tyler's stubs as well (Into the Lands of Madness, Enchanted Forest). I'm afraid it makes no sense to wait for those to be finished...

EDIT: hell, I understand now... they're no longer available. Let me see if I still have them somewhere.

EDIT2: how do you call it when you're ninja'd during editing?

I saw it, but I get 404 errors on the download links. If you could upload it here or have a good download link, I will include it.

Alright then.

edit - not sure :P

I couldn't find Enchanted Forest and Land of Madness :( Now we can but remember their greatness.

However, I dug up these two: charly's composition and a (Star Wars-ish) draft by Tyler. They're both in mp3 format, so you'll have to convert them first.

I still have Land of Madness by Tyler. If you would like me to, I could upload it here so that you can include it. ^_^

Link to Land of Madness has now been removed due to my shrinking space available on Mediafire. Hope everyone who wanted it got a copy. If not, wait for Pentarctagon to upload the next UMC Music add-on to the servers.

 I have all of Tyler's pieces in my Wesnoth playlist. (Even the ones that aren't in mainline.) All that is, except Enchanted Forest which I seem to have completely missed.

Um, I didn't actually get it. You linked to it/removed it before I was able to get on and download it :lol2: . If you're running out of space on mediafire, could you upload it to the forums as an attachment?

Sorry about having to remove that link. I thought that you must have already downloaded it because it was listed under the songs already acquired for the 3rd UMC Music add-on. Thanks lipk. :D

Yeah, it was meant more like a (coming soon) kind of thing, sorry for the confusion.

Here's a working link to Tyler Johnson's Enchanted Forest, found on someone's Facebook post through Google:

The original, now dead, link was http://www.tyler-johnson.net/compositio ... forest.mp3
