You basically posted almost every mainline unit in each faction...

Faction: Loyalists, all the way.

Unit: Err...probably the swordsman or royal guard. That's who I also play.

Though I do like units with both melee and ranged...

All-in-all? Swordsman (royal guard).

I personally like the loyalists best because they seem the most well rounded with mages, blunt guys, powerful horse men and spearmen, and helpful bowmen for taking out Orcish Warrior bosses

my favorite unit is definetly the heavy infantry line

I also like the knalgan alliance a lot

If that would be "least favourite UMC faction/unit" it would be a good hint for UMC authors.
(Theoretically, mainline disliked units should be a hint too, but "changes are bad from definition", so...)

The least favorite thread is a bad idea imo, it would maybe start with mild jokes but rapidly delve into bashing and flames and be locked...

More on topic... My favorite UMC facion is the Wesnoth Forum faction. Its fun to beat up on those hulavutas and Dixies with my newly leveled up Zerovirus
