How to get sprites off the game

Hey guys. I am currently doing color swaps for various units, but I currently cannot find units anymore from just searching. HELP???

Well I tried that and it did not work. I couldn't find the correct folder. any suggestions?

Wesnoth folder > Data > Core > Images > Units > Choose the race you want.

Calm down. This isn't a customer service forum; nobody here is obliged to help you. If we do choose to sacrifice our own time to try to help you, it is out of our own goodwill, so you should be grateful for any help you get. All-caps shouting will get you nowhere, in fact, if it does anything, it will make people less likely to help you.

Where your Wesnoth folder is located will depend on where you specified to place it during the install. It also depends on your OS. On Windows it is most likely in C:/Program Files (x86)/. I'm afraid I don't know about other operating systems, however, if you tell us which one you are using, there are certainly people who do know and can tell you.

Not to be smart, but its hard to shout here.
I am using Windows XP Professional for my OS. When I do a C: search, the only thing that comes up are the add-on folders and items.

Also note that EditingWesnoth contains valuable information you can use to locate your core and user preferences/add-ons directories.

When I do a C: search, the only thing that comes up are the add-on folders and items.

Don't do a search, just go to My Computer, then open your C drive, and then open Program Files. (You may have to make hidden folders visible, but I can't remember. I've been accessing stuff in my Program Files for so long that I don't remember whether or not it was originally hidden...) The wesnoth folder will be in there if you installed it in the default location. Note, however, that your userdata may be in a different location from the main wesnoth folder. For help on locating that, check the EditingWesnoth page that shadowmaster linked to.
