Forest of Fear stalemate issue

It seems to be slightly too stalematish between side 4 as knalgan vs side 1 elves. If the unit numbers have got rather high and elves hold the 23rd vertikal line with a fish, wose, archers, fighters and dwarves hold the villages and mountains to the left. As knalgans you cant really go through the middle either cause the dwarves cant pass through 1 hex river without ending up in really bad position.

Maybe change 20,9 to shallow or one of the forests around 19,9 to forest-hills? That would help a lot in attacking with dwarves through that area. Currently, if you cant get throught the really northern part you have to go through middle if you want to reach player 1 with knalgans.
