Maximum size village - Academy or such thing

Post by Tet »

I was curious how big a village could get ingame for a special building in a campaign. Like a mage academy or a vampire mansion or whatever. For campaigns maybe even with different income. Or a golden city which has to be found by explorers on a hidden map.

I like it so I thought I try sharing. You can see my new yellow team color at the ingame animated gif.

Please keep in mind that the poacher behind is on a swamp field (allready submerged). Drop some lines if you like it.

Where did you get that picture? I suspect you didn't draw it yourself.

I think his purpose was to show us how big a village can get and what effect would it have on its presentation on the field
..not to present that paraticular image
Like cats? I've made a whole faction of them to kick ass with!

@ zero: go deviantart type magic house. it is still recognisable. (third one if you have trouble)
@ frogger: terrain art actually has to be scaled down. Otherwise you get the "plasticky" rating by eleazar.
@ stdrake: right on target. i do not want anybody to use that, but to think big.

The artist is a cool concept artist. Check out the gallery:

Next time a cool concept artist shows up here please ask her for storyline art. This way they mostlikely last longer, than when they have to bend their skills for portraits. If you still have money you could even consider commissions.

Once again: posting the random artwork you've decided to steal is not particularly appreciated. Locked. Any more of this, and you once more risk losing the privilege of posting in the art sections.
