It looks nice, but please note the incredibly light patches on his shirt, which your animation is missing.

On the latest versions the motions of his right hand are kinda weird. First it moves up, then down (grabbing the pitchfork), then up again (as he winds up to attack), then another frame of wind up, then down for attack.
All of that together makes his motions to feel very robotic. I didn't get the same feel from the previous versions.
Maybe consider making his right hand start to move to grab the pitchfork in the first animation frame (replacing the frame were it moves up for a frame).

I added some motion blur and re-shaded the hat brim.

The motion blur blends into a spear blur unless you look at it carefully, but I have no idea how to fix that.

You're still missing the highlights on the tunic.
I'd be inclined to tone down the motion blur a good deal as well, partly for the reason reepurr mentions, partly because it just feels a little big and powerful for a level 0 attack.

Looks quite good, but the foot teleports from one position to another, it should rotate.
Nothing is foolproof to a talented fool.

While the animation looks good to me, there's still a jump from base frame to animation. It may be that the head teleports the same way the foot did.

Alright, I think the transition between the base frame and the animation is better now.

The other slight, and reaosnably easily-fixed issue that remains is that the haft of the pitchfork gets shorter when he moves it. move the head away from his hand throughout, and i think this is good to go.

ABout the same again. His top hand shouldn't move around the haft of the fork at all. There should be the same distance between it and the metal throughout the animation.
