If you remove the background, it could be useful.

EDIT: Bam. MUCH more pleased with this, particularly the new mace - though I was forced to change the horse colour to make it visible.Image
Since I got bottom paged ;)

Also, bear with me, I'll get to the Ghazi eventually - if I do use that one to any extent, I can remove the background myself ;)

I like the new mace, it works much better in that position. The only thing I'm wondering about is his left shoulder, it's pointy but I can't figure out what it is. :/

Is there any chance you could give me a unit to work on and a brief for the changes you want ? I would like to contribute :)

I started an animation for the Ahadath, but somehow, something seems wrong with the arm.

Block out your animation first. You'll be able to iron out these sorts of problems before you've perfected every frame.

Well, that and the fact that shoulders just don't bend that way easily...

This is a basically final revision of the ghulam al rami - I'm pretty happy with this one. The mace looks a lot better against darker backgrounds.

Indeed, already done for you, all you need to do is shade it in.

Wow, ok. But is the frame useful? Else I would start over without it.

You don't start with a frame and try to fit it later. You should start with a plan for the animation, a sequence of frames with simple shapes or blocks, and the polish them to "frames".
If you start with just editing only a part it will show... badly.

This is the right way even if I sometimes don't do it fully ;-).

Basically final frame for the life guard.

Biiig unit this chap. Finding the happy medium between him and the ghulam may be interesting. but fun. The helm plume is based on a horse guard's.
