Welcome to the forums.

Have you read this and/or this? Hopefully they will help.

Beyond that, if you are patient, one of the lead translators (Ivanovic or Torangan) will probably get around to posting up here with more guidance, or will PM (private message) you some time soon.

hi,

I didn't see so much Vietnamese in this forum or even in a game lobby. I want to join a translate team to do Vietnamese translation but as i read i have to contact maintainer to get information, is that correct? ( i thought i can found something to translate on this web then submitted my translation)

Translation here mean do translate the text or code?

Yes, you should contact the maintainer or become the new one if the old one vanished.

You translate text, more information can be found in the wiki.

Learning to edit PO files seems necessary to translators. So, download a source pack, use a free tool PoEdit to open .po files in source pack. You can find what is uncompleted in the po file of your language, complete them, and upload here.
