What version of Wesnoth are you using?

Skeleranger updated the campaign to be compatible with the 1.5 branch, but I believe people were having errors there as well. So it might not have been worked out yet.

Also, I just realized that you posted this in Art Workshop? This belongs here.

You'd be better off animating this one:

Back to work. Current projects: Catching up on commits. Picking Meridia back up. Sprite animations, many and varied.

Also, think about the way children defend themselves. They don't just bring their arms up a little--they throw them over their faces and cower. There won't be many frames in total, so spend two or three on defense to make it really different.

Light travels much faster than sound, that's why some people seem bright until you hear them speak.

Nice! That's exactly what I was talking about. However, that's a long way for his arms to go without an intermediate frame. You really should move the arms halfway down on frame1.

Much, as far as the pose goes, but now that you can see it clearly, there's a problem with his face. I keep seeing him as if he has a snout, and his eyes are too big. I constantly have to fight this kind of thing myself. I always want to put more detail in the face than will fit, and changing a single pixel makes a large difference. Also, I'm pretty sure the gray on the top of his shirt is a little off. I think it's within a few pixels of being done--you just have to find which ones!

Nice! Better than anything I could have done.

I had actually planned to take the dagger out. It would seem kind of weird to have children running around with weapons. A fist doing 2 damage makes more sense.
