Ctrl-Alt-r not working

On my computer Ctrl-Alt-r (repeat recall) doesn't work. If I assign it to Ctrl-Shift-R it does. Weird.

Sometimes I find that the game 'locks' an alt or shift key. If u tap the ctrl/alt/shift keys a couple times when commands arent working, it usually fixes that problem for me.

Look at the date before posting , this thread is over 3 years old. If a thread is this old, even if its the same issue, you should make a new thread for the problem.
