I'll throw one out I recently found:

My favorite "collectable" card game is 1000 blank white cards.

This game is beautiful because:

1) You make your own cards.
2) Those who have no artistic talent all of a sudden make masterpiece cards in order to impress friends.
3) With a bit of alcohol, the game descends into utter chaos within a matter of minutes.
