It looks good. Really, though if it was a tainted forest it would be a greenish color

The mist should look more grey, I think.

much better: My one comment is that trees should themselves look scarier/'darker', less like ordinary pines. Very Good though!

Dark forest? Sounds interesting. I would like this terrain.

That, IMHO, just looks like a forest with a large shadow on it, and some snow...
If white was black and black was white, what would happen to zebra crossings?

Well, the good thing is that as this image was made using Zebulon´s forest layer, we may use toms´s woods (which I´ve found very interesting)... :)

Anyway, I can try to remove the "snow" later - but, as the file is at home, and I´m typing this at work, I will only be able to do this at night...
