Honestly, after reading your comments about the 5 star system, I think it's a bad plan (Viliam brings up a possible alternative, however).
I think several tags would probably be a good idea.

Developer Approved (it's been played thru by a large portion of players or some devs and they find little to no spelling/grammar errors, working paths, just in general a good campaign.)
While this doesn't stop the boring campaigns from being thrown in with the really good ones, it does sift out those with major problems, which is honestly what I'm trying to accomplish here. Also, it will provide an incentive to campaign makers to finish up whatever loose ends there are so they can acquire that gold star from the devs or however you want to look at it.
