Thanks for the hints I´ll change the first axethrower again.
I´ve tried to make the Thunderstick with an 30° angle but it was very difficult because of the height (only 4 pixels) and the decorations, my tries just looked ugly

Being nitpicky (these are looking very good as is).
1) Hair still too wide on axe-thrower. need to reduce width by 1-2 pixels
2) first melee attack frame should not be just have the gun flip 180 degrees. This will be very hard to notice when animated, and the swing of the thunder-stick will seem kind of wimpy (it only rotates 45 degrees!) I would suggest maybe adding first a frame where he switches his hands and moves the gun back, then a frame with him holding the weapon high over his head, and then finally the (current) downward chop with the motion trail. Think about how you would hit someone with a baseball (or cricket) bat.

I still dislike the first of those darves... oh well, another drake/wose-like eternal complaint, I guess.

the fourth image in the thunderstick-dwarf row looks best for a static frame, IMHO, if you take off the motion blur.

I´ve made already something similar. But the current one doesn´t look bad.

the 4 frame is part of the melee attack frame. I know much frames but I believe it looks good.

I have tested them all ingame Looks good (In my eyes) but sometimes when the units attack in melee they dissapear I don´t know if it´s my fault.
but the other stuff works.

Check the .cfg for the unit and check your attack animation image name.

Shadow, what I dislike especially about the dwarven sharpshooter (other than the name as we already have a sharpshooter  ) is that the gun in particular has a black line border (in a way that makes it look bad). If you compare that with units in the game, you'll notice that the border blends in better.

I'm not an artist, but I just noticed that.. and it bothers me. *shrugs* Keep up the good work!

I say take that 'Sharpshooter' call him 'Dragonguard' and get rid of that 'Starship Trooper 2450' forever :) Jetryl, hint, hint, Jetryl...

I would like to use no black borders put on terrain (especially on terrain with the same color) it doesn´t looks very good.

I´ve seen this on 0.87 before I don´t know which unit but the cfg file seems to be Ok

It looks like an advancement of the thunderer, but the thunderguard goes in a completely different direction. This gains a larger cloak; the thunderguard gains a whole lot of armor. If this replaces the dragonguard, the thunderguard needs changing also.

Yea, and forsooth, my friend.
I have heard the summons.
And I will answer the call.

Sometime relatively soon.
