Some portrait edits/palette request

Post by Crow_T »

I've been studying the portraits (which keep getting better and better, the bar is getting high) a bit lately to try to get a feel for the style and there were a couple of things that stood out to me, so I made some minor changes. Also, a request of the portrait painters- do you use a set color palette, and if so would you be willing to share? Thanks

edits: linaera's buttocks and kalenz's sword arm bicep.

I can't say that edits will never be accepted (I'm not in charge), but if they are to be accepted, you'll probably have to explain it a bit more than that. The artist thought things were fine the way they were.

OK, here are the originals for comparison, again the curve of her butt and kalenz's bicep are the only things modified. It was only 5 minutes of work on my part, I won't cry if they aren't utilized:

There's not a problem with either of these portraits. The Kalenz one, in particular, is the outline of where his arm goes into his armour, not of his biceps.

In general unsolicited edits are unnecessary.
