I've gotten started on anims, but nothing to show yet. Will get a little more done before I have to go tomorrow, but these could be a mite on the slow side unfortunately.

I might have completely missed something, but why is the Hurrican Drake the only one of it's kind that only flies in transit?

Because it has a slightly messed up cfg. TSI doesn't want to fix it yet because he wants to overhaul the whole thing with macros eventually anyways.

Bumpery: I just commited new animation WML and macros for ALL the drakes, dramatically cutting the sizes of the CFGs and improving their in-game appearance and distinctiveness by removing the majority of the flying. See attached :D

I admit to having nothing useful to contribute to this thread...

But I just have to say congratulations. You deserve all the praise we can possibly give to you and then some more. And then when we can't possibly give you anymore praise, we really should keep going. This goes for all the artits really (but they weren't in WSAS :P ).

It's definitely there - it just happens to be the same colour as the tree behind it.

Hm, seems like the flare and flameheart are still (in version 1.7.7) using the old graphics. Maybe I missed something somewhere but I read your (as in tsi:s) last post as they should be done by now too.

Sadly not, as yet - I put that post up when the base frames were done. Work on the animations is stalled at present due to problems with the computer I use when I go off to placement. Life is busy at the moment, but I'm hoping it will become less so soon... No guarantees, however. If we run into the 1.8 deadline before then, I'll put the base frames up and leave the animations for the moment. In fact, I've got some committing to do this weekend, I'll do it then, whilst I remember.

Congratulations tsi,

Neorice must be very happy!

I have to add that the Hurricane and Sky Drakes are the ones that have less diferences, probably a complete gold will make them more different. I emphasize the difference only cause they are always moving.

Tough, I'm afraid. unless this proves to be a truly major issue, there won't be any changes. There are simply too many frames to rework.

I think what the guy means is just to recolor all the armor pieces gold to avoid confusion. Is that what you meant?

And it would help too. I always get confused between the two since they just don't have enough differentiation...
