I'd just like to say that it's really cool to see that Mal-Grekulak actually appears in mainline. :O

The "invalid anchor" warnings are because the map in terrains/terrain-graphics.cfg isn't the right format for the terrain graphics rules. I can't find documentation on what they should be, but I assume they need more commas, as in the data/core/terrain-graphics/ files.

What I do not understand is how it does not work on my main PC, but well on my laptop. I do not know how to get better logs about this.

Do you have a different set of other add-ons installed? There might be some conflict between this one and another one.

Just to be clear, what do you mean by crash — Wesnoth Application exiting?
If you start wesnoth with command line, is there sth. additional displayed not in the logs?
Try out the dark board theme.

Yes, wesnoth exit. If I launch wesnoth by command line, nothing appears in the terminal (I am on windows so maybe I am not doing this right).

EDIT: removing all other extensions still leads to a crash.

I've uploaded a new version on the addons server (courtesy of sevu) that hopefully fixes the issue you've been having. Try downloading it again, and let's hope the update works now.

Interesting, ANO is using persistent variables to detect when the player reloads, although it seems to be limited to having some enemy dialogue that they'd already killed a unit. ImperatorS79, please would you check if there's corrupt data in <<user data directory>>\persist\ANewOrder.cfg? It's expected to be a WML file something like in the spoiler (which is spoilered because it reveals some character's fates).
