Need Help (noob)

Right now I'm working on a scenario (I'm a noob and I'm starting with this to hopefully move on to a campaign later on) and I'm having a lot of issues. I'm reading the tutorials on the official site I'm pretty sure I did everything right. But I don't see my scenario in my game. It doesn't show up. I've looked up other forums like this and those people said to place your campaign into your userdata folder. I created my own userdata file and placed it in there, but it still didn't work. Can anyone help me out?

It is referred to as userdata folder, but it defaults to the folder you show here. So addon goes from here to data/add-ons/ instead of userdata/.

thankyou for clearing that up but it still doesn't show up when I open wesnoth
I don't know what I could've done wrong? Would it help If I posted my code for my main file and my scenario file?

It might. But better to first compare your folder structure and location to some addon you have downloaded.
