I finally finished it on hard (after 420 turns now, and again without any healer in the final battle ... though I still lost only two people to poison, I think).

:D Excellent play again!
And thank you very much for an implicit bug report! ;)

# I will make units unhealable (no +2 healing on resting) in the battle when starved.
# I have forgotten to add that feature in the battle...

(EDIT@Jun. 7) Units will be unhealable when starved. Help messages are also updated.

Typos/Suggestions intro text:
'...academy in such a...so will immediately be...there are so many other pupils...graduation are delayed...They never be dull...though), rather smart...avoided to go to...'
-> '...academy with such a...will immediately be...there were so many other pupils...graduation were delayed...There aren't dull...though, rather smartly)...avoided going to...'

Choosing traits:
I think there should be a prompt when choosing 'nothing' as a trait. Something like 'Are you really sure?'

Same for text in the first dialogue scenario:
'You will be a leader small party and lead the party into the war...' -> 'You will lead a small party into the war...'
'...fund, food, and soldiers,...' -> '...funds, food, and soldiers,..'
'...It is reported enlistees and outlaws are gathering there to be a solider...' -> It has been reported that enlistees and outlaws are gathering there to become soldiers...'
'Here is the fund for that.' -> 'Here are your funds for that.'
'You can get supplemental fund...depends on your fame and achievement. Basic explanation is done...' -> 'You can get supplemental funds...depends on your fame and achievements. I'm now down with the basic explanation...'

Intro text Outpost:
'...,and the wall is very thick and tall. This looks like not a mere outpost,...Some of the look like outlaws rather than soldiers,...this place may be safe now, since no direct traces of battle are spotted around here.'
-> '...,and the walls are very thick and tall. This doesn't look like a mere outpost,...Some of them look more like outlaws than like soldiers,...this place might be safe for now, since there no direct traces of battle to be found.'

Clammy:
'Who you are? ... I am a mere goblin...but very familiar with here...It must be a great help for you, and my assist in battle is also a great help for you...'
-> 'Who are you? ... I'm a mere goblin...but very familiar with this place...It will be of great help for you, and my assist in battle will also be a great help for you...' (There is also a chance that you intended for Clammy to make those mistakes.)

'You get assisted trait!' -> 'You get/gain the trait 'assisted'.'

(Back then I wasn't really familiar with english and reporting stuff. I probably didn't even bother with looking at the words beyond trying to get an understanding. But now I can provide you with better and more complete feedback. :D Looking at my older posts makes me cringe a lot.)

EDIT:
Map labels:
'recruit' -> 'Recruit'
'food storage' -> 'Food storage'
'office' -> 'Office'
'bedroom' -> 'Bedroom'
'training room' -> 'Training room'
'leave' -> 'Leave'

Recruit menu (all):
'recruit a...by ...gold.' -> 'Recruit a...for...gold'

Ask Clammy about Outlaws:
'Recruiting cost of outlaws are..., and only sligthly expensive than peasants...,it is advantageous. But there are also big disadvantages on them...easily betray the employer...It is very hard to be trusted by them...as most battles taken place...They usually have two additional traits like loyalists.'
-> 'The recruiting cost of outlaws is...,and only slightly more expensive than peasants...,which is advantageous. But they also have big disadvantages...easily betray their employer...It is very hard to gain their trust...as most battles take place...They usually have two traits like loyalists.'

Scout and Hide skills?
Scout
'...when you march in the enemy land...when you march in the enemy land...increase the vision by two...' -> '...when you are marching in the enemy land...when you are in hostile territory...increase your (troop) vision by two...'
Hide
'Hide skill ist useful...If a member of our party has a unit with Hide skill, we can hide in the forests or grass terrain...'
-> 'The Hide skill is useful...If a member of/unit in our party has the Hide skill, we can hide in forest or grass terrain...'

Don't worry, I'm not finished yet. I'm just running out of time. xD

EDIT 2:
Ask Clammy about Loyalists:
'They are not a regular soldiers unlike those kind of soldiers in this outpost. Loyalists you can recruit here are mercenaries.They are expensice but very loyal to employer...are very unique unit which cannot be advanced from...,and Ruffian. As most of combats happen in the daytime,...have two additional traits, it is also advantageous.'
-> 'They are not regular soldiers, unlike those manning this outpost. Recruitable Loyalists are mercenaries.They might be expensive but they are very loyal to their employer... are very unique units, which can't be advanced from...,or Ruffians. As most of compat happens at day/while daytime,...have two traits, which is useful as well.

Ask Clammy about Peasants:
'They are completly amateur in the combat...You shouldn't expect too much on their loyality..., their power will catch up former superiors...only one additional trait probably due to their career. It is a disadvantage.'
-> 'They are completly amateurs in combot...You shouldn't expect too much of their loyality..., their power/strenght will catch up to their former superiors...only one trait, probably due to the way they lived, which is their biggest disadvantage.'

Bedroom:
'Would you rest and do nothing today?' -> 'Would you like to rest and do nothing for today?'
'sleep and rest for a day (full heal)' -> 'Sleep and rest for a day (full heal)'
'do not sleep now' -> 'Do not sleep now.'
'good night...' -> 'Good night...'

Office girl:
'Quick Link: get resources (food and gold)' -> 'Quick Link: Get/Receive resources (food and gold)'
'request supplemental fund' -> 'Request supplemental funds'
'request food supplies' -> 'Request food supplies'
'my fame?' -> 'My fame?'

Training room:
'Welcome to training room! What do you want?' -> 'Welcome to the training room! What do you want?'
'training for a day: ...Effective for lower level units.' -> 'Training for day: ...More effective for lower level units.'
'leave training room' -> 'Leave training room.'
Ask Clammy about training:
'...A training itself does not need money, but it takes one whole day.' -> '..While you don't need to pay for the training, you will have to spend a whole day on per training session.'

Food storage:
'You cannot enter the storage! ...' -> 'You can't enter the storage! ...'

I'm still missing 'Request' and 'Clammy'. I'll get to that later.
I'll also probably edit the whole thing later on, to make a clearer what the differences between now and my suggestions are.

EDIT 3:
Request
'...Newbie like you cannot meet...' -> '...A newbie like you can't meet..'
'I wanna help night patrol of the outpost.(get 1 fame + bonus)
NOTE: if a...'
-> 'I wanna help with the night patrol of the outpost. (Get +1 fame and a bonus)
NOTE: If a...'
'escort food convoy to a garrison
NOTE: you...'
-> 'Escort a food convoy to a garrison.
NOTE: You...'
'...Can you escort convoys?..I cannot...' -> '...Can you help escorting the convoy(s)?...I can't...'
'Are there any ways to deal with nagas?' -> 'Is there any way to deal with/get rid of the nagas?'
'...we have toxin very effective to nagas...use it, it will yield furter malice of nagas against us...in mind this is a shameful...' -> '...we have a toxin which is very effective against nagas...use it, it will result in into a greater grudge of the nagas against us...in mind that this is a shameful...'
'leave here' -> 'Leave here.'

Something is going wrong with the 'Skirmish at the Outpost' scenario. When it is triggered by 'something going on' (you can chose wheter you are going to participate or not), 'You' starts with as much health as he had in the last instance of the scneario instead of the amount of health he should have.
Also, participating in the night patrol restores my hp, if there happen to be no invaders.

EDIT:
I managed to lose my party members in the field because I didn't have enough money for them. But my 'Troop' didn't reflect that. I could still Hide and Scout and it said my Troop has 8 members (instead of 1).

EDIT 2:
'Skirmish on the Bridge'
So, I'm attacking from the the south. But I start on the nothern half of the map when we fight. That doesn not make much sense.

EDIT 3:
One of my units disappeared.

I can't provide a (useful) savefile inbetween, because I went broke immediatly after that skirmish.

EDIT 4:
'payed' -> 'paid'

EDIT 5:
If I fight an enemy troop and the time runs out, both sides retreat. My health is updated. But the health/numbers/abilities of the enemy troop are the same as before the fight.

'Empire is doing somthing...' -> 'The Empire is doing something...'

Starving affects everyone, even units I have fired.

EDIT:
You will probably find this funny. I went broke again.

Version 1.2.0 uploaded. :D
Most of issues reported by Konrad2 are solved.
Skirmish at Outpost
Full heal does not happen if you patrol.
If you join the night battle from the bed, your units will be healed (not full) before the battle.
Choosing traits:
I think there should be a prompt when choosing 'nothing' as a trait. Something like 'Are you really sure?'
I added sub-text on the menu item instead of prompting.
If I fight an enemy troop and the time runs out, both sides retreat. My health is updated. But the health/numbers/abilities of the enemy troop are the same as before the fight.
This is not so easy to fix. :augh: I skip it for now...

How about wiping that unit from the map, saying that they retreated back to their base?

Sorry, please ignore the original message (moved to below) if you already saw it. That is different campaign...
To enter the main outpost, place "You" at the castle terrain near the general in the south of the map, and then right click on "You".
You may find the menu item "Enter".

Original Message:
Right click on "You Company" on the field ("You Company" must be at Fusia (59,35)). You may find the menu "Enter the Office".

bug: When I tried to add a trait (using training room) to "You" (main character) I got defeat instantly. Any trait, even "nothing". To add traits to another soldiers works.
Two typos: "somEthing"? I'm not sure.
"There are so manY".
