Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
Maybe I did not get it clear enough, my badHI's are very good Bonecrushers, you will be glad to have them in later scenarios
I mean, just don't recall them this scenerio, thus make it swifter to deal with. We can still recall them later on.

Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
To bring the slow HI's to the signpost is IMHO the main challenge in this scenario,
without this 'handicap' the scenario is much to easy, don't you think.
Bringing the 'snails' to safety is the spice in this scenario.

Re: Antar, son of Rheor
(1) Number or Name of the scenario.
1-5
(2) What difficulty level have you played the scenario on?
Medium/Normal
(3) How clear did you find the scenario objectives?
Enough
(4) How clear and interesting did you find the dialogue and storyline? What can be added to make the story clearer / more interesting?
As in (10), I had the feeling that something is missing but I really don't know what.. Still I found it very interesting
(5) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
The first one was on the edge of possible, 9, the next ones were pretty easy (thesecond maybe 8 the 3rd and fourt about 6)
(6) What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?
1 Scenario: Too many undead bloking the way to the enemy leader, and all fields directly around him were always full of nex undead making an assault extremely diffcult
(7) Did you cheat? And why?
No, but I nearly had to in 1^^
(8) How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)
8
(9) Was there a bug in the scenario?
By killing the Undead leaders the units didn't gain exp, the Flying goblin (on that bird) couldn'tz lvl up although he had a blue xp scale.. And another minor one was that "poor souls Poor souls" came twice (idk if that was planned or not^⁾
(10) What, if any, are changes you would have made to the campaign to make it more fun?
Idk what one could change to make it to 10, but I have the feeling that something is missing..

Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
All right, what I did to repair this process is to redo former scenerios, getting no HIs there since they are anyway useless. They will be somehow useful later, I cannot deny, since we have not yet started a war with mostly skeletons as opponents.Adamant14 wrote:To bring the slow HI's to the signpost is IMHO the main challenge in this scenario,

Bringing the 'snails' to safety is the spice in this scenario.
In this scenrio, since HIs are inaddequate and resistant to gobo attacks, I let them perish to pave the way of all other units.

@alex23
Thank you for the feedback.
About the flying goblin:
I decided not to allow him to level up, because the scenario is hard enough as it is. No level 2 goblins!
About the poor souls,poor souls:
This was intended, but meanwhile I think it is strange/weird somehow. I think about to change that.
About the 'not gained XP':
I check that (tomorrow).
Hope I get feedback for the remaining scenarios too.
Maybe you figure out how to make the campaign a 10.
@AxalaraFlame:
This is a possibility
You can choose what you want to do do, or what you are able to do.
Thank you for the feedback.

Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
just finished playing the whole thing. it seems well balanced at normal difficulty.
i like the anguish expressed when a loyal unit dies.

Thank you for the feedback
I spent a lot of time on balancing ( for all three difficulties ), seems it was not in vain.

Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
I was able to play most of the first scenario (Sorry for not even finishing this scenario, I will have more time to play later and I plan to finish playing all of the missions. My feedback is posted below. I liked the first scenario, But I felt that it took a little bit longer than I would have liked for an opening scenario. I think you could potentially scale down the number of units on each side slightly. I was looking to play it between classes and did not have time to finish it. I do like what I have seen so far though

Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
I could reproduce this bug in scenario 03 (Lord Othar), was this the scenario you meant?alex23 wrote: By killing the Undead leaders the units didn't gain exp
Or does this happen in more than one scenario?
Expect a update with some minor bug-fixes within the next days.
Thanks for the report.

Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
Yes it was scenario 1-3
Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
Scenario 01 and 02 worked fine for me.
It was only 03 that was bugged.

Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
Idk when I killed the leader in scenario 1 (with my horseman) he didn't gain the expected 8 xp
Re: Antar, Son of Rheor
It works fine for me.
( I tested it multiple times )
But maybe you run some older version of the campaign than me.
Expect the promised update the next days.
( maybe tomorrow, look for version 0.0.26 )
Sorry for the delay.
EDIT: After a second thought -
You gain the XP, but after a relative long delay, after all the messages are done, and after the second rider spoke his message and is gone.
Maybe because of the delay it seems that the XP is not given, yet it is.
Can it be that this is the solution for this 'bug'?
Anyway, right now I uploaded a new version. ( only minor fixes )
This version should work.

The UMC pioneers would be very proud of you.

Revenge: can't undo moves for some reason.
If the leader dies in a fire, it's not a scenario loss.
