Wesnoth.org site migration complete

The scheduled site migration is mostly complete now. DNS propagation may take some time, so users might be directed to the older read-only wiki instance or to the disabled forums in the meantime. For those who absolutely need immediate access to the new server (you will know whether it is the old server or not if you can see the forums index), they can add the following line to their hosts file to override network name resolution as a temporary measure:

The hosts file is on /etc/hosts for Linux, OS X, and other Unix systems, and %SytemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc for Windows.
