So how would they propose to get updates out to those who've bought it without telling them about the site? He doesn't say he'll get the updates out to you; he says you won't have to pay for them.

Although what he fails to add in regard to the updates is that there is no automatic update system in place (you know, the 'check for updates' button, or the 'a new version is available, click here to begin the download' button, or something of that sort).

I understand this thread is somewhat dead, however...I've actually taken steps to hopefully get the items removed (all 15 of them from 3 and a 1/2 different sellers. 1/2 being, one is the same seller, just with a _us attached to the end for statewide sales).
Not sure if it's going to happen though, I just feel wrong myself, knowing that people MIGHT go and buy this without knowing it's totally free.
Talked to an eBay rep and everything. Gave all the item numbers being sold and the list of sellers.
Not to say that won't stop people from trying to do it in the future, but yeah.
Though, I'm sure it's nothing...cause, I'm sure there are plenty of other things being sold on ebay that shouldn't be.
But, at least a person tried.
I tried contacting Mr. Head Developer on the matter, however, the email was sent as undeliverable to so wtf ever.
