All Units in Help File?

All Units in Help File?
Hi, is there any way I can see ALL units and ALL abilities etc etc in my help file WITHOUT needing to see them on the battlefield first? I find this pretty annoying, because everytime I want to get a fresh new Wesnoth game (reinstall)
all the units in my help file are gone too. Is there any way I can see ALL of them? AKA have the whole Help File full with all the normal standard units (not the add-ons custom made ones) and the same with the abilities.
Is there some sort of file someone can give me that has all the units in the Help File?
