Dark Elf campaign?

Is there a Dark Elf campaign? Or a campaign where you get dark elves?

Afaik No, there is no campaign. Forum Search is your Friend, its there to be used.

I remember one, I think it used EE and was based in caves. Sorry, I don't know the name but it was fairly old.

However, you can fight against Dark Elves in my Elvish Legacy campaign.

I made Desert War, where player is Dark Elves.
It's quite hard and weird, though.

ah i missed that one when i did a search. seems to be abandoned anyways though, no activity since 2007

Indeed, and if you read back a couple pages, you can see no real work or updates were done since probably mid to late 2006.

If anyone is interested in digging it up, you can find it here, but know that it will not work on the current versions.
