There is no Wesnoth 1.8.0. I think that you mean 1.1.8, which you can easily download and compile from the downloads page.

Because on my computer i can't, i'm using wesnoth 1.1.1 and it dont works... i use oblisk package forall distributions.

And i dont know how to compile... if you can help me i have Mandriva linux 2006.

Okay. Some tips:

1) It's spelled Oops, not "oopz".
2) It's "doesn't work", not "don't works."
3) A single "i" is capitalized: "And I don't know how to compile..."
4) There is a space between "for" and "all", it is not a single word.

It should work with 1.1.1. What are you trying to do, and what steps have you taken so far, and what were the results? The wiki link I sent you explains in explicit detail what to do to publish a campaign.
