(1) What difficulty level and version?middle mode.
(2) How difficult? (1-10) 1.
Only 100 starting gold, but it was way more than needed. No difficulty at all with 3 Mages of Light, an Arch Mage, and Delfador at a lvl 4 Mage Magister. Delfador could have finished it by himself with no recalls.
I leveled a Dragoon to a Cavalier. There were not enough enemy units to be able to level more than one of my units.

(3) How clear did you find the scenario objectives? very
(4) How clear and interesting? good
(5) Major challenges? none
(6) Fun? (1-10) 3

(7) Changes?
More enemy units so people can level up some units.

(8) Reload or restart the scenario? no
Sometimes life unexpectedly throws a Troll or a nasty Queen Naga in your path.

Wesnoth 1.14.11, hardest: 'Great Mage' (difficult), no reloading during campaign; probably played the scenario more than once
Content Feedback wrote: May 22nd, 2009, 11:56 pm (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
3, sloppy play, took some unnecessary risk with Delfador at some point

Make it harder. This appears to be just a give-the-player-some-gold scenario?
-
Getting rid of the 80% or nothing scheme (without even telling the player how much the next scenario starting gold default is) would help. While I dont think the plus-40% scheme is good its IMO at least better than the one used in this campaign.

1. Great Mage/Difficult
2. Zero. This was a joke. Not even a funny joke.
3. crystal clear
4. zero.
5. nothing
6. Rework the entire campaign.
7. Same as #6
8. Not really. I won by turn 2.
9. 2 of recalls spawned on deep water for some reason. I checked the code but could not find anything that caused it so I found it odd.
