Bug concerning attacker/defender hits events and redrawing

Hello,

I've come across a bug recently. It is present with 1.12.0 on Debian Mint, and also present with 1.13.5 on Windows 7, all language set to English.

It appears that if there is any type of redrawing commenced inside an attacker/defender hits [event], the unit's get-hit sound is played twice. Once upon getting hit, and once more after the redrawing takes place.
This concerns the [redraw] tag with or without any attributes, and also [item], unless redraw=no is present.
Note: strangely, if the Generic Animations add-on for 1.13.5 is installed, the bug is no longer present.
The bug yields no trace into the command terminal on linux.
Reproducing:
Zookeeper assured me that it's a bug, so I decided to commit it here as well.
