My cursor on the battle for wesnoth screen is usually about 2 inches above where my cursor on my screen normally is. This is only a minor inconvenience but it is with battle for wesnoth since version 1.11 came out. It also occurs on 1.10.o and above on the stable version. i am on a macbook pro 2013 no retina and am using the touch pad or whatever laptops come with. Or otherwise known as not using a mouse. I used my old desktops mouse and the same problem occurs. Am using mountain lion which is apple's newest software and operating system.

Do you have the “Show color cursors” option enabled in Preferences → Display? Have you tried disabling (or enabling) it?
