Graphic glitches in 1.10

  1. When in planning (whiteboard) mode with a Drake unit selected I move the mouse over a hex that would force the unit to use the flying animation instead of standing animation, and then I move the mouse away from the hex, sometimes the parts of the animation frame that extend beyond the hex (wings tips, head) are left there.

  2. The advanced options in options dialog in Polish language extend outside the dialog to the right.

Should I go ahead and post bugs over at gna.org? Or are these known issues?

The second screenshot looks like bug #19482 [Gna.org]. Different language, same width problem.
