slow movement along borders

When using version 0.4, there seems to be something wrong with the movement algorithm since it moves extremely slow, when a unit is moving along the border.

It's a know issue I reported David about this in early 0.3 versions (didnt I?), but it's nice to see people reporting bugs

Should be fixed in 0.4.1!

Thanks for the bug report. I think fmunoz did mention it to me a while ago but I uhmm....kinda forgot
