Delfadors Memoirs Help

I'm on the level where there are all the Liches, Showdown in the North, and the main evil guy wont die! Everytime I try to kill him, he comes back to life. I tried everything. I saw some people saw that you had to kill him with Delfador, but I killed him over and over with Delfador, no results. Am I missing something? o.o

If you've got undead units on your recall list, you have to use them to kill him. If you don't have any, you can use Delfador. At least that's how I read the scenario file.
