Hi Bitron,
I think you need to go a bit bolder with your changes to the dark archer - they look like the same unit unless you peer at them closely.
The wose-like unit looks good with the new hands. For TC, you could do more in the hair-like area, unless these are supposed to be lightning trees or something similar.

TC-rag or TC-leafs.. I am not sure.. Red is somewhat readable when having TC-Leafs but other colors (especially brown) go under.

I think both ideas could be used together. Though it may over-clutter the sprite with TC.

Maybe a little special in the MP Era. Everytime this unit kills an enemy, it says "I am root!".

I found a little hole at the end of the finger of your level 1(the hand that you change for your advancements). It is the finger that is near the joint/knee.
