Hey Mechanical, today I looked into this topic from the beginning. The art is quite impressive, I can't say more 'cause I'm no expert.
I think this is the case for a lot of people in this forum, hence the lack of feedback to your drawings.
It's more a "I can't really say anything about a well-drawn sprite, since I can't draw / don't want to nitpick ( )" situation than "I'm indifferent to it ( )", really. :)

Often feedback is most provided if the art is about something which concerns mainline or at least an add-on (and even in this case you may be waiting for a little while for the add-on to become a bit famous).
Why don't you try and make a faction, or a era, from these sprites? With a bit of inventiveness and your already good art I think you can make a good one.
And if you don't know how to code, help is generally provided if asked, expecially if the art compartment is already covered. ^_^

Of course, if you are already making an era/faction, disregard my advice (in this case, maybe add a reference in your signature). ;)

Keep the good work! :D

Hi! Thanks for the comment. I agree about the views of the majority, but firstly, I don't consider my art very good, and secondly, there are those who paint better, I would like to get some advice from them.
About the code - able on a basic level, enough to insert my sprites into the game.
I can't finalize a good project. Can't decide what to do.
So far, the most serious of can name only a fraction of the snow elves. In my head there is goblinhood cave creatures in Union with arthropods, from the chitin of which they make weapons and armor. The rebels and dwarven steampunk-robots, which are flaws in the design of the dwarves after the Fall, to create an army of a new type. But this is not enough for the era, and for the campaign. So - just draw and hone the skills. And so, I want to do serious business.

Not much to comment here. Looking nice. If you want some criticism here's something that came to my mind.
-the knight unit has some semi-transparent pixels. Some of them are at the bandanna. Since it's TC it might be a bigger issue.
-the shadows under the units could have more form
-I'm not too sure about this but maybe there's too much contrast. Usually there's way too little of it but in your case especially the brighter areas seem like burnt colors. I made a sample with less contrast and bit darker brighter areas but I'm not too sure if that actually any better. :?

On right: Less contrast. Darker bright areas. No proper TC.

Thank you! I really should learn to work with shadows. But some sections (for example, dressing the knight) needs to stay bright to give the image saturation and brightness. When such places no, the image looks dim. Other moments (for example, the snow armor defender) add image realism.

Well, it's time to show only the sprite of those cave creatures. That is me in my art lately... not like I can not understand that.

I like the last sprite. Intresting, mysterious creature, and well drawn.

Looks really cool. Maybe you could add some team color. Another question: Do you plan to do a era or what for do you make these pictures?

Thank you. For me it's just a sketch, and I will continue to learn. Why am I still painting? Still too early to say.

You should use transparent shadows for every unit. This will look better in the game.

Visually it is important to make sure that shade wouldnt show up in sidebar as
Image

Though I am unsure how to fix it.
