Great works and a very good idea to use a reindeer! But the reindeer of the scout looks like a puppet. Maybe you can use more shading or some movement. Others are very good!

EDIT: The first two levels of the spearman have a pierce attack like a spear but the level 3 looks like he is holding a sword. You could give him a halberd or something which has pierce and blade if you want to.

Thanks for the comment. I will definitely work on deer 1st level, there it's all in the legs. Spearman third level yet, the sprite that presented above, with the chip on the shoulder will not be used. You wrote just in time - I am now in the cavalry (in particular, they are working on 3 levels of Lancer, but also the first to Refine it will not hurt)
