 wow!
“It is written in my life-blood, such as that is, thick or thin; and I can no other.” - J.R.R. Tolkien

My campaign: Swamplings - Four centuries before the founding of Wesnoth, the first wolf rider emerges from a tribe of lowly swamp goblins.

Okay...red eyes are out. But I think the eyes should be facing forward a bit, his eyes off to the side make him look kind of mentally [censored]. On close inspection, it doesn't, but with the image shrunk when it is displayed in a portrait, it might.

Lol, I gotta hurry coding to get to this point. Hopefully I'll reach there by the time school starts in August. If anyone is interested in another portrait, I have another portrait that needs to be done. It is for a character that was just introduced into the plot a few hours ago. here is the sprite:

I think It's an Ice Crab, upgraded from Ice Shell. It's in the Graphics Library somewhere, and it's also used in the AE elementals faction... One of the older classic sprites.

Image

It says "Chameleon" right under it....

Is Forgotten Legacy really that unknown? It's from one of my favorite campaigns, and one of only a few Saurian campaigns. I mean, I thought it was famous. I mean, I guess no one who started Wesnoth after 1.4 would know, and it wasn't ever used in-game, so...

EDIT: I took a look at the actual ice crab. They use the same head, but the ice crabs head is blue, but it doesn't look the same at all besides that.

lol.

EDIT 2: Maybe instead of the other sprite I should use this Spectre Lizard by Skizzaltix, in his "Marsh Era" (back in the old days of 1.2) which was a big inspiration on my campaign.

The original Chamaleon sprite was made by Neoriceisgood (As half of all other old sprites that people poste areound here) I just took it as a base to create my Icecrab.

Maybe try posting screenshots of them ingame, on actual terrain? Otherwise the "spectre-lizard" looks like a blurry stain, not an actual lizard.
