- The Team Colored loincloth seems kind of off-center to me - I would shift it one pixel left and see how that looks, myself.
- The way the blade is now positioned, it would have to be either a very short, thick blade, a la meat cleaver, or have a REALLY liberal curve at the end that we can't see, or have a lot of the blade stuck in the ground. It looks rather silly to me, any of those three ways.
- Your feet seem slightly too thick to me - especially the roundedness of his left foot/toes, seems almost cartoonish and comical.
- I personally disagree with what others have said - I think the hilt is a recognizable gem, I didn't have any problems with identifying it as such.
- Finally, the thing seems, to me, to suffer from a lack of color variance. Besides the Team Color, it's rather monochromatic.

There's my two cents.

Ehh... Too lazy to change.

And if you've read any of Order of the Stick or Eight Bit Theater you should know where I got these guys.

Yes, I am doing the rest of the main protagonists of both webcomics. It'll be ready when it's ready.

Crapdammit, you beat me to putting out a swordchuck user for Wesnoth.

Also, if you're gonna draw Black Mage then you have to draw his power-of-ruling-hell-times-two version.

You should make the fighter one your avatar for the forums on 8-bit.

Insane Hermit
That second campaign will probably become a book instead, or a movie or a game or something. Sorry guys.

Order of the Stick is great, looking forward to seeing the others. Vaarsuvius looks awesome, but Roy's legs look too long abd his torso too short.

Not blurry, it just doesn't have as strong outlines as the rest of the unit has.

Isn't the point of these guys to be recognizable? Strictly speaking, they're not for Wesnoth. I did not design them with usage in Wesnoth in mind. Honestly, what I was envisioning when I started was a Generic RPG mockup with the two factions in combat, complete with cursors and healthbars and numbers.

So I think being recognizable would be a good thing. :P

Now to frankenstein Skeletal Dragon+Lich+Roy Greenhilt and do a "falling" animation. Oh wait . . . I can't do art. Meh. It was an idea.

Anyway, what in the WORLD izzat thing on Roy's head? It can't be an ear, can it? Nah, it's just some sort of weird headphone. Not sure how you'd fix it though. Also . . . yeah. What Aura said.

Hi felows,
This is really an expert threat now.
I still entertained myself with the aetherguard.
I picked up the new shoulders, but than I scaled it to human size. I made a slim version as well and borrowed heads and sword of a frankenpack. Let me post my favorites. Please help. I think the slim version lost a lot of details. I have version with helmet for lvl 2 and versions with one sword for lvl1. And the EVERYthing animation. (It is good for attack because there is the regular attack move anyway) Otherwise it is good for idle (dancing) or defense (dancing) but additionaly leading (dancing) and healing (dancing). If you can not get enough it goes for standing and walking, too. Let's dance. :lol2:
